Management and Leadership → Crisis Leadership

Recovering from Crisis (F2)

Description
The crisis recovery phase is one of the least addressed in planning, training and simulations. This is an area that, if not properly managed, can cost financially, reputationally and operationally. Damage control is just that. It is containing the damage and loss of reputation, revenue, confidence, or loyalty between employees and managers or between consumers and suppliers.

In this short course we look at the recovery phase of restoring and resuming business as usual.
